Kimberley Coburn is the quintessential self-starter.  She completed high school when just a sophomore and started her first business at eighteen.  At age twenty, inspired by Napoleon Hill, she formed a MasterMind Group, an organization where participants raise the bar by challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas, and to support each other with honesty and respect. 

Kimberley has run successful business oriented consulting companies, established a private clinical hypnotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming practice, and founded the not-for-profit “Minerva Circle,” which teaches wealth building principles to women.

In 2003, Kimberley joined Petlane, the newest venture of legendary entrepreneur Lane Nemeth, as Vice President, sales.  Her core responsibilities include specific business and sales skills training, motivation and support for Petlane’s corps of Pet Advisors.  Her goal: build wealth for people, many of whom have not had previous business ownership or sales experience before joining Petlane.

“My focus is on our people, helping them realize their goals and dreams through sales training and business skills development.”

People and pets are Tara Nemeth’s passions.  She grew up watching her entrepreneurial mother, Lane Nemeth, lead Discovery Toys, the child learning and development toy company she founded and built to over $100,000,000 in sales.  Tara shared her mother’s commitment to helping children and set her sights on a career in family therapy.   After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University, she earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon.  In the process she worked as a preschool teacher and a clinician focusing on early intervention for children with Autism. 

During Tara’s studies, she and her mother, who had sold Discovery Toys in 1997, frequently discussed projects that combined their mutual interests. From these conversations, Petlane was born in 2003.
